To celebrate 15 years in Malaysia, Starbucks aims to change lives in communities across the nation. Starbucks first destination is Kampung Lubuk Jaya, a rural village located in the outskirts of Kuala Selangor. Bananas are their main crop, and Starbucks sources these fresh bananas for the delicious new range of food products retailing at all Starbucks stores nationwide. They aim to raise RM100,000 to build a computer centre to connect this community’s children to a world of education and opportunities.
